Dr. Dipo Awojide obtained a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Loughborough University. He has worked in the Banking and Financial Services Sector and as a Researcher in the Human Resources Department at Brush Turbogenerators, UK. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy at Nottingham Business School. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), a Member of the Africa Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK).

Dipo is the founder of BTDT Hub, a Human Capital Development Company. He takes a genuine interest in the development of young people, teams, and organizations. 

He has delivered training for MTN, Nestle West Africa, Union Bank, Keystone Bank, Tek Experts, Softcom, Uber Business, Jumia, the British High Commission, Nexford University, Investment One, and other companies.

In December 2019, Dipo was unveiled as a Top 20 LinkedIn Voice (UK) for his personal and professional development articles, posts, and comments. Also, in June 2020, Dipo was nominated for consideration as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader for the Class of 2021.
